Keith Boykin analyzes exgay activist and gospel singer Donnie McClurkin in depth.
Given McClurkin’s stubborn antigay prejudices and hostilities, Boykin finds reason to doubt McClurkin’s claim to be free of homosexuality. And Boykin wants to hear from people who might know more.
Please, Yall believe in freedom of speech then people should be able to say what ever they want. Just like gay people do whatever they want out in the open. So I wish Keith Boykin would just let it GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
And get a LIFE!
I believe that all things are possible through Christ and therefore believe that Christ is able to bring someone, like Donnie McClurkin, out of being gay. I have a best friend who is gay and I dearly love him and would never judge him. However, I also know what the Bible says about his, and other gay people’s, lifestyles. No one’s perfect, especially not me; we all have things in our lives that we need to make right. Only God is blameless and holy. And being that God judges our hearts, I think Donnie McClurkin has more than proven, although he owes us nothing, that he is making a conscious effort to choose God over his the desires of the flesh. I wish that people, like you, would leave him alone and let him live his life as he knows is right, and you live yours however you choose. It is only in the end that we all see what is TRUE!
“I believe that all things are possible through Christ”
I do too, Renee. And that’s why I believe God wants you to be a dolphin. Pray, Renee, and see God work wonders in your life. I have faith that your longing to be in the sea is being heightened already.
“I also know what the Bible says about his, and other gay people’s, lifestyles.”
Really, Renee? Because I don’t. I wonder what verse you think talks about a “lifestyle”. In case you were thinking Leviticus, Renee, there’s no reference to any gay lifestyle (or straight lifestyle, for that matter) there at all. None, nada, zilch.
You sound like a nice lady, Renee, but the next time you decide to post you might want to be a little better prepared.
