Another Vermont civil union has ended in an exgay custody battle.
According to Boston.com, exgay mother Cheryl Pike Barlow is asking the Utah court system to become judicial activists by reversing the visitation rights of her former partner, Keri Lynne Jones.
Sharon B. provides a link to WorldNetDaily’s version of events. The Alliance Defense Fund is helping Barlow tear up her family; in a Vermont-Virginia case, the antigay "Center for American Cultural Renewal" is helping exgay mother Lisa Miller tear up her family.
You know I do not know where I stand on this one. I think the the biological mother esp. in this sort of a case should have final say, but I just can not understand why the biological mother is upset with visitation. This person has been a part of the child’s life for quite some time.
She’s fighting visitation B-cuz she is putting HER selfish interests above that of her child’s.
Happens every day in hundreds of divorce courts nation-wide.
Sad that mouthing the words: “I now got religion; thereby I B Xgay” gets you the ADF and other hate-groups on your $ide. That makes $ure you win, but at the co$t of your kid$ relation$ip with their other parent.
