The Analogy War’s latest salvo:
“There is no such thing as a gay Christian,” Wilkins said.
At least one task force member disagreed with that assertion.
“Neither I nor the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission believe it is
impossible to be a homosexual and a Christian,” said Land.
But as with Christian racists, Land said, it is impossible to be gay and
live a life consistent with the gospel.
Are they saying, then, that gays are like racists because Christians within both groups have misunderstood the Bible?
