Andrew Linzey is one of the editors of Gays and the Future of Anglicanism: Responses to the Windsor Report (Amazon link). He is also a member of the Faculty of Theology in the University of Oxford, and Senior Research Fellow of Blackfriars Hall, Oxford.
In defining “homophobia,” Linzey attempts to delineate which forms of antigay belief and expression qualify as homophobic — and which ones might not.
Linzey also lists ten “tangible signs of homophobia” within the Anglican Communion.
