an ex-gay institution, who could explain a typical counseling / “treatment” routine.

Addendum: I received an inquiry recently from a national news outfit asking to speak with a young adult who was considering attending an exgay program.
I responded that XGW receives few such inquiries. (Lately, these inquiries have been appearing on my bio page.) I also seriously doubted that an individual seeking to closet one’s sexuality through an exgay program would desire to speak with the media.
