Grace (as in Willful) is writing for Ex-Gay Watch now? What next, my own reality show? What should we call it; “The Gay Whisperer?”
Ok, so maybe I’m not THAT high-profile and my being here isn’t really THAT big a deal. But still, who’d-a-thunk-it three years ago when I was just beginning to figure out such a world as this existed? At that time I’d been reading and leaving encouraging comments to the now defunct “Ben” of “Scattered Words;” And thus began my journey into the world of blogging.
I’m humbled and honored to be included as a writer here. I’d ask everyone to be really gentle with me but, you know, I’ve never had to worry about that so I’m not going to start now.
For those of you who don’t know, my real name is Pam Ferguson and I am the ex-wife of an ex-ex-gay. A big chunk of my journey is chronicled at my blog. My voice is that of a straight Christian with conservative church ties, who is compassionate, tolerant, loving, and accepting of others regardless of gender, orientation, or religious affiliation. If that sounds a bit oxymoronic, I apologize to you for all you’ve seen and experienced that makes it sound that way.
I look forward with great anticipation to this next part of my journey which includes interacting with all of you here and further finding my voice at Ex-Gay Watch.
Welcome! We all have much to learn from each other.
I would like to warmly welcome Pam to Ex-Gay Watch. Her honesty, love and compassion are things I think everyone can appreciate. And her experiences give her a valuable vantage point from which to write. She is most certainly a wonderful addition to this group.
Holy cannoli! When did this happen? I thought I was the one who was supposed to head on to bigger and better things. 😉
This is totally awesome, Pam. You’ve got much love from over my way. Congrats.
Welcome Pam! I look forward to seeing more of your perspectives on the issues we tackle here.
That’s so cool, too bad you end up with the label ‘oxymoronic’, I have suffered that as well *wink*
Very cool. Pam, I look forward to hearing more of your warmth and wisdom.
What a great thing, Pam–congratulations! I’m obviously already a big fan of yours, and it’ll be nice to have you writing here and giving your thoughts on new issues.
Thanks all of you! And not to worry, Jay, I’m quite certain you are still on the road to greatnes…you young pup!!
Glad you’re here, Pam!!!
Your journey has already made a huge impact on me! See you continue that journey on this site is really exciting indeed!!

That’s great, Pam! Of course, now you’re responsible for your thoughtful writing on two blogs I regularly read. 🙂
Hi Pam, I’m looking forward to reading the insights that you can share from your experiences 🙂
You’re going to be a great addition, Pam! Congratulations. I’ve always loved your writing and the way you see humor in situations. You have nothing to apologize for.
Welcome, Pam!
Wow. I hope I can live up to this welcome!
Welcome, and I really like your photo, it’s very quirky and different.
Hey sistah!
Hugs to you girl, and I see I’m not the only sincerely happy you’re going to share with us!

So, what’s up? How’s the family doing?

FUN WOMAN UP IN HERE!
James and Regan,
Thanks for the kudos on the photo! It expresses my typical demeanor quite well. heehee!
The family is doing well Regan……my boys have all proven to be so resilient, incredibly so. Basically, everyone is secure in our love which is the best foundation you can give them. Thanks for asking!
