I’m not joking about this. I really do consider overeating a major ethical matter as well as a health issue.
While I consider it a major issue, I confess that I overeat as much as anyone.
I consider it an ethical matter too, Michael. And I did not overeat on this Turkey Day, so that is good news. Then again, I spend that day (I call it “Share a Meal With People You Will Soon Annihilate Day”) mindful of the plight of indigenous Americans, and that tends to reduce hunger pangs.
